W - news and views
Due to technical hitches I am unable to resolve, I've had to lock the previous thread on W. Please continue in this new one and hope we have better luck!
:The General:
Unfortunately, I was unable to resize the article :wall: but....
The tiny mention of Ioan is as follows....

I'm not sure if the writer is being sarcastic, or not.....
:The General:
Thanks for sharing, Stevie.
I also wonder if the writer is sarcastic ?
It sounds a bit that way to me. A nice big "raspberry" to that writer,I'd say!
I couldn't get the article big enough on my computer to really read it. Even with my strongest glasses on. Time for :sailor: or my magnifying glass. Whether the writer was sarcastic or not, if Ioan did consult Michael Sheen, so what? He's Ioan's friend and likely has already done a lot of research on Tony Blair. With how quickly this movie was put together, it would make a lot of sense, if he did.
 Thanks for alerting me to that, Melissa - I'll resize, as it's a good read!
Poop! Working again! Sigh. Just have to wait until it wings its way up north. I supose if we're correct in our assumptions that Ioan's part is small, then it may not be worth the expense anyway...........how far would you travel, Zoners?
Well, I've traveled a two hundred mile round trip for The TV Set and Amazing Grace. But I hope I won/t have to go that far for W. Not sure I would. I'll have to see how busy I am. Now Moonacre, totally different story or if I knew he was appearing, then I might go farther.
That's a very interesting question,Stevie, haven't thought about it before. For a film,.......I think I could wait and be patient. Now,for a personal appearance, weeellllllll, that could be a different matter!
Thanks Annee. These are both good pics of the "Cabinet". Enjoyed reading the article too.
They are interesting, I just wish they'd release another picture of Ioan.
I'm afraid that what gives is a bit part? :hmm:
Could be. I wouldn't imagine there are a lot of scenes if they are doing much on his pre-presidency days. But at least it's a role in a film that should garner some attention and a chance to work with a Director who is respected in many circles.
Very true, GG! I'm not dissin' his achievement, just missing my Welshboy screen hours!
