I heard about Cherie Blair's tell all the other day. I think that would be a must read for Ioan. Something extra for his performance. Ioan is fortunate that Blair is no longer in office. I think the biggest dea here is that the film will be released several months before Bush leaves office. Not something that is usually done here.

He could probably learn quite a bit from it for his role. I'm thinking this will be most enjoyable to watch---no matter what political view one has.

Don't worry, Annee, Ioan will be there when he has scenes to shoot and, therefore, his presence on set in Louisiana is needed.
I don't suppose Ioan will be spending a great deal of time in Louisiana since his part does not appear to be very large. Most of the time when actors are on location for a short time, they don't get to see much beyond the set, but Louisiana is so different from much of the country with its bayoos, mossy trees and swamps, it would be worth a few side trips into the countryside. I hope he gets the chance to explore.
He's a great actor, though I haven't seen him much these past few years. He should be interesting casting.

Richard Dreyfuss as Cheney? I thought they were thinking about Anthony Hopkins for that part. Should prove interesting either way. Both men are very fine actors.

Yes, he's a very good actor, Nicolette. He won an Oscar for one of my favorite films The Goodby Girl and was nominated for Mr. Holland's Opus. He was also in Jaws and Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Probably not as well known among younger movie goers, but he is able to do comedy and drama. He certainly struggled with some personal problems, but I still think he could put in a worthy performance.
