Any new Ioan project is hard to wait for.
I like it! Looks like this movie may be fun in a wry sort of way!
Great make-up job on Josh Brolin. I suppose they will be able to make Ioan look like Tony Blair. Still would rather have him look like Ioan though.
I suppose they will be able to make Ioan look like Tony Blair. Still would rather have him look like Ioan though.Hmm. Not sure blue eyes will suit him. At least he won't have to get used to wearing contact lenses.
Well, I like the smile a lot part as Ioan has a great smile and he might look fine with blue eyes, but I hope he doesn't lose too much of his gorgeous hair :waaah: . even if I know it's temporary. Oh well, even with the limited hair in Black Hawk Down, I'd still appreciate that smile. :thud
Thanks for the links, Annee. They really manage to make Josh Brolin look like Bush. Now I'm curious about how like Blair they will manage to make Ioan look.
Then, according to this articles, 'W' is to start filming next Monday (12 May) and be released in the US on 17 October:

Wow! That's pretty soon, isn't it? Considering how long we usually wait for a Ioan hit! (Thanks, Frances!).
Now I'm wondering who they will get to play Cherie (if anyone) and who might have a mouth big enough...........:tsk tsk: General!
Thanks Frances I agree with Stevie.
Cheers, Annee! At least we know the film will be released outside the US
And let us hope it will also be released in Europe. :???:
Lights! Camera! Action! Okay, let's get this picture rolling, shall we?!! Always an interesting slant with Mr. Stone. Looking forward to it. :Wales GO,WELSHBOY,GO! :Wales
Can't say I always agree with Mr. Stone's films or views, but he always brings an interesting perspective. I look forward to seeing what this film brings to the table.
Just read an article from VARIETY, and in it they said that "W" is set for release on OCTOBER 17! Is this old news to anyone?? Sounds good to me! Just three weeks before election time too.
Seems IC Wales is pleased with Ioan afterall.....

Thanks Stevie. Sounds like Ioan will have some great, meaty scenes to chew on as an actor. I hope they are well written and fun to play.
