Gnat, I do not have the rest of the books. Please would you give me the titles so I can order them, thank you.
Gaff, I can understand that to find a place to move is very pressing. I wish you a lot of strenght.
Matie - I agree with it being the perfect time of year for reading this series.
Gaff - I know what you mean about the moving business. Don't stress too much though dear Gaffer......it'll all work out for you.
Marthe - the following books are: New Moon (book 2), Eclipse (book 3) and Breaking Dawn (book 4). Find them soon! I promise you'll want to read the rest of the saga once you've finished Twilight!
Thank you so much Gnat, I will let you know if I find them in Belgium.
Marthe, I can agree with Gnat when she recommends these books. I think you'll enjoy them very much. Hope you don't have too much difficulty finding them. Love, Ship :booky:
Oh thank you Ship. I think I am going to find them. It is a very good bookstore who is all over Belgium and started in 1919. I will let you know. Love Marthe
Just read about Bella's wedding last night. Divine! elect Alice the Wedding planner!
Marthe - good luck on your quest! I hope you can find the rest of the books.
Gaff - isn't Alice the best??? Wait til you get to Isle Esme!
I'm still reading Breaking Dawn, just very slowly because of trying to pack and other things. Last night I read the part about Edward asking Jacob for a favor in regards to Bella's "illness". Very heartbreaking for Edward. He is obviously heartsick, if he had a heart.
Gaff - I didn't know that you'd finished Eclipse! Good for you! How did you like it?? How are you liking Breaking Dawn? Pretty intense huh? Did you figure out what was wrong with Bella beforehand though??? How did you like their wedding?? Isn't Alice a scream?? I both liked and disliked this part of the book. I liked it because we got a totally different view into the mindset of the pack and Jacob and everything he's going through. But I disliked it because I missed the Cullens and being in Bella's mind. I also thought the chapter titles in this part were absolutely hysterical!! And just wait, it starts to get a little more humorous soon enough.
I'm still working my way through Breaking Dawn. I'm about 300 pages in and my friend who I gave Twilight and New Moon to has surpassed me already. Interesting to see how Jacob continues to be in the picture and is a part of Bella's "family". As I get nearer the end, I have a feeling that I'm going to be wanting for more sequels. In this type of fiction, it is like family that you want to keep in contact with afterward. I guess that's why there is so much fanfic for Twilight.
I would like to see Meyer write a story set in the Cullen's past time in Forks and the treaty. Perhaps with a Bella doppleganger that Edward has encountered and nearly married or something of the sort.
Oooooo, that sounds good,GG! I had the feeling that you mention above about missing the characters afterwards myself. That's good writing,I'd say.-------------------------------You can read "Midnight Sun" when you finish-----or,should I say the first six chapters of it,before Meyer stopped when it got leaked out on the web. I'm reading it now,and it's really good too. Want to try and finish it before I see the movie, hopefully, next week! (Opens November 21,Gang!)
Actually Matie my dear - it's 12 chapters of Midnight Sun. Even better huh? You need to tell me how you're enjoying that!
Gaff - I'm so excited for you. And yes, now you understand the fandom that is Twilight. Why we're all so excited about the movie (yeah Matie - 11 more days!!!) because in a way it's like reliving the experience again. And spending time with some of our favorite characters/vampires.  I have to say, I really did like Breaking Dawn, but it gets very intense towards the end of Jacob's narrative. And I was getting antsy and anxious to be out of Jacob's head. I felt like it took FOREVER!! But in the end, it's SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO important and necessary to read this from his perspective. And you'll understand why soon enough my friend Gaff.
I've always found it interesting who Meyer chooses as her Narrator in relation to what is happening in the story. I have a hint as to why we are in Jacob's mind. I am looking forward to the culmination.
I'm interested in hearing your theory on that Miss Gaff.
Well, I know about the imprinting. Almost there, but I did hear about it. I know I'm a cheat. When it comes to books!
