Yes Gaff, let us hope that Lance can wit it next year. He will have a new team with a better team-spirit. Because when I read the newspaper today I saw that Contador did not like Lance at all and will never like him. What a pity. I feel also sorry for Hincapie who still was in the Tour for 5 days with a brooken shoulder. And of course I hope that Tom Boonen will be better next year, and there will be no more cocaine scandals. Yesterday there was the second after Tour criterium. He was second. Thor Hushovd, the green jersey won the stage. And third was the Belg Jurgen Van den Broeck, a new talent in Belgium. He was very good in the Tour and in the mountains. Cavendish won the first criterium on Monday. There are a few more criteriums this week. I would like to see Cavendish, Hushovd and Boonen together. I am sure that Cavendish would win but I would like to see how much stronger he is.

Glad to hear Boonen did well in the criterium. It would be fun to watch a sprint with Cavendish in particular. So, Broeck is an up and coming Belgian racer. I will have to watch out for him. I hope by next year I will be able to watch the Tour on my TV again.

Yes Gaff, Jurgen Van den Broeck has a general talent, he is good in the sprint, in the mountains and also in the classical stages in Belgium. He is born in 1983 and became a professional rider in 2004 when he signed a contract with US Postal. And so he could fulfill his dream by becoming a teammate of Lance. Before that he had a few teams, but in October 2003 he had a foot operation and started rehabilitation. Then he works a training schedule that was drawn up by US Postal. He works very hard. In December 2003 he has a training program with Lance in America and the official team presentation in January 2004 followed by practical training in California. He is a very quiet boy and does not have the looks and popularity of Tom Boonen. When Tom appeared in public on the criterium, the fans were almost crazy. There is really a Boonen mania. Oh that boy is so loved. I hope all our love will help him to be strong again and has good results in the Vuelta, the Tour of Spain who starts in August 29th.

He looks so young. Of course, he is compared to me, but he looks about 18. Maybe he will get to train with Armstrong in the future. That would have to improve his riding.

Yes Gaff, that would be nice, and it would be better if the new team of Armstrong would take him !

I like that idea.
