I love period pieces! This movie sounds very interesting. I love the title too: The Moon Princess. Schweet.

It's nice to know that Ioan will be in another movie...it sounds interesting. If I liked Pan's Labyrinth I bet I'll enjoy watching this one. -Maricruz

Great news!!!!! (I just find out about this new film) I think the story is perfect for him!!

This sounds like a really interesting project. Let's hope that whatever part Ioan is playing, that it will be substantial. Also, I hope that, if they are aiming for a mid-2008 release, that it doesn't coincide with any summer blockbusters. This is what happened to 'Bridge to Terabithia' - and it didn't do the film a lot of good at the cinemas. In fact, I can't even remember seeing it advertised. A pity, since the reviews for the DVD release sound fantastic!

Indeed Admiral!!! Let´s hope that this project goes great..... in all senses!

Very happy to hear about Ioan's new project. I've never read the book, but think I shall before the film's release. Lori

Hello Scotchbonnet, I've read the book and think you will find it an interesting read. Not entirely for youngsters either.

Hello Scotchbonnet, I've read the book and think you will find it an interesting read. Not entirely for youngsters either. WOW, that makes it interesting for me already!!!!!!!!!

The book has several "levels" to it, if you know what I mean, Silvia.

The book has several "levels" to it, if you know what I mean, Silvia. Yeah! I´ve been trying to find the book but so far.... no luck!

Gaffer'sGirl- 10-26-2007

Hello Lori/ Scotchbonnet - glad to see you here. It looks like a nice project for Ioan. I'm still trying to find the book. Shipmate seems to be the only one who has found it so far. I'm hoping to find it at Barnes and Noble while I'm in California. I'll keep my ears open for any word on it from a screenwriting perspective. I heard about Amazing Grace at the last Expo I went to, two years ago which was just before it started filming.

Other than the public library, "The Little White Horse" is also available on amazon.com---------------

I know this is a little off topic, well, maybe not really, but I was web-surfing and found some beautiful pictures of BUDAPEST,Hungary on------www.grea-*test*-('")cities.com/Europe/Hungary/Budapest------ if you're interested,it looks like a very lovely city. Highly "photographic", and truly a good moviemaking site.......... see what you think ......................

I visited Budapest, Hungary, years ago an it is, indeed, a lovely city.

Shipmate- 10-29-2007

Frances, it just looks like a classy, kind of even romantic place, sort of a place I'd like to hang out in for a while........language would pose a problem however. Ah well, see some of it at the movies!!
