:cold shower 1 Thanks for the photos and articles!!! :cold shower 1
I saw this on eBay last week. It's a glossy magazine published by BAA Ltd. and distributed to WorldPoints members who earn points shopping at UK airports. Ioan's photo is on the Summer issue cover (see fish's link). Thanks for offering to scan it. The cover reads:
Ioan Gruffudd
From the Welsh Valleys
to the Hollywood Hills
My (well raised) colleague returned from London with a magazine for me.
She had snatched it from her friend's doormat and plainly said I'm going to take this home.
The magazine is called Emporium, do we already have it here ?
If not, I'll see if I can scan it or type it out.
The famous shoot by Sarah Dunn was used for the pics.

I see 'ridiculous' is overtaking 'vitriolic' as Ioan's favourite word  :tsk tsk: Stevie!
Thanks, Fishforit.

I've ony just discovered this thread thankyou for all the interviews and pictures everyone.
Nice article. Thanks for typing it out fishforit and for the earlier photo link!
Thank you fishforit...that's a lot of work to type it out. Much appreciated. We should show up at their LA front door...do you think we'd get invited in for coffee? Somehow I think those days are over.
Thanks for that article, Fishforit and all your work.
I thought the picture from a long ago article looked like it could be West Hollywood. That puts them near Melrose and a lot of high end second hand shops. Must be heaven.
Actually, I was there in January and used to get to that area on occasion when I lived in So. Cal. West Hollywood has some great restaurants, clubs, the Comedy Store and the Beverly Center is nearby. Now I've gone and made myself homesick. :weeping

"But do I love that stamp of the thinking woman's totty."
And here all this time I thought he was the despicable, vitriolic, and ridiculous woman's totty.
