I couldn't access the site the last days! I don't understand why. It wasn't a problem on your side, Nicolette, if you couldn't access IZ in the last few days. As GG explained in a post in the Admin News (http://ioanzone.19.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=1149), the server the IZ forum was on was attacked by a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service), which basically means that there was a massive overload of requests to the server causing it to deny service for legitimate business. Luckily, it did no damage to the information on the forum and no information was hacked.

Interesting article, indeed! It shouldn't be surprising that authors are inspired by the place they live in or places they visited, but I can understand that Marldon residents are proud of their literary connections.

Thanks for posting that, Stevie. I've always wondered what inspires other writers to write what they do and location seems to be a big factor. Fun to read about it.

Hi, Saw Moonacre on Sunday at the kid's film festival in NYC with a theatre full of kids. This was the 3rd showing so it's been popular. The kids loved it. I liked it too but was impatient to get back to the scenes with IG. The costumes were lovely and IG was especially easy on the eyes with his dark curley hair, breeches, tall boots and ruffles. Nice movie. jackiee

Glad you got to see it, Jackiee. Nice to hear that the kids enjoyed it. Maybe that will spur American distributors. Sometimes festivals can do that. I'd sure like to see Ioan in this role.
