If we want to post a pic, it has to be from one of those 4 sites listed??? :oops: The pic I found was on another Ioan site, from their Gallery. I have bookmarked those 4 sites, but have not had a chance to look through them.
A techno Goddess, I am not, but I have seen a few pics I would like to caption, but if I can't use them, my "thought" will never be seen - ;angry: LOL!!!!

Well, as you have already understood by going through the Techno Trouble topic, it is not possible to upload pics that you have on your computer directly to this forum, so pics must be hosted on another server and a link posted here for them to show on IZ. You can post a hyperlink here ( tags) or a hotlink (img>> tags): in the first case, a link will show that you have to click on to see the pic, in the second case, the pic will show directly here.
The 4 sites that you found listed (Photo Bucket, Image Shack, Village Photo and Tiny Pics, but there may be others offering the same service) are sites where you can register a free account and upload your pics to. I advise to use them if you'd like your pics to show here without people having to click on a link a be redirected towards another site, as hotlinking implies using the bandwidth of another site any time someone opens the thread where that pic was posted in and the owner of that site might not be pleased if this happens, so it is to be done only with the permission of that site owner.
