Well, it wasn't technically on TV as the title says, but it was on my TV when I watched the original movie version. I have the Director's cut, too. And once more I was reminded of that question - why did they cut out some of the Knights interaction scenes from the Director's cut? They add information about the Knights that helps the audience relate to them. Why not keep it in the Director's cut with all the additional fight scenes? It would have been a better movie. Maybe it was a space issue and they would hav had to make it two discs. Anyway, I found that a disappointment.

I think it would have helped the film more, too. If they were going to have this type of version of the film, why not include ALL of the material they had?? If people are interested enough in the film and what was cut,why not give them everything to see? I have both theatrical and the director's version--and I see very well what you mean,GG.

This is something I've been wondering, too, since when I saw the Director's Cut of KA. I wish they had released an uncut version of KA on dvd.

FYI: King Arthur will be premiered on BBC 1 on Easter Monday in the UK. Nice way to round off the Easter holiday. :rider

Speaking of KA it screened one week on one of our cable channels and in a 7-8 days on the other! Not too long ago, maybe couple of weeks ago. I don't mind watching. Enjoy your watching too on BBC1!
