Thanks Annee and Muvidlover. The thing I noticed the most was his hair. I really think those curls look perfect on him. To me, his eyes look more hazel than brown in these pictures. Nice to look at.
Yes, thank you for the new picture links :) Aww, just love those curls.
Many thanks, Ladies, another fine job! He's lookin' fine, isn't he now?
Shipmate - yes, he is looking extremely fine!! Love the curls!! :)
The curls are nice... but now that he is older he just seems a bit washed out with them.... maybe it is b/c he is in a suit and that hair is a bit wild for a suit... well to me anyways. Ohh ... I have to admit he is aging nicely!!!
You know, I was thinking these pictures seemed to show a pretty nice tan going on for him, didn't look washed-out to me-----------and the curls, weeeelllllllllllll they are absolutely FINE in my book!!! HH is still in there some place 'til yet (sigh!)......hazel eyes and ALL...............
Watched the National Movie Awards last night and have to say it was a relative Ioanfest!!!!! The producer/editor claerly loved our Boy, as there were a total of five lovely audience shots of him, as well as his time on stage presenting the award for Animation (they made the Agent Crush Link).
The award was won by Yeardley Smith, who plays Lisa Simpson and Ioan was tickled pink to be presenting it! He got a lovely intro from Alenander Armstrong, who pronounced his name easily and beautifully.
When Ioan got to the mike he purred "Also known as the Welsh Fox,". I nearly came over all unneccesary!
Oh, I forgot to mention the 'Hornblower' moment, as he came on a fraction to early and pause briefly with his hands behind his back.
He was sitting next to another guy with glasses, who I didn't recognise, but as FF2 was nominated for 'Family Film of 2007' he may have been part of that team. He seemed to be just behind Helen Mirren, which would have pleased him :naughty (I can just see the conversation at Chez Gruffudd: "No, Angel, you're not coming! Helen Mirren's going to be there. She may not have heard I'm married yet......" I'll bet the 'Fox' line was for Helen
All in all, he was gorgeous and seemed to be enjoying himself, though alittle shadowed around the eyes (but I guess that's understandable for a newly-wed  )
It was good t get a fix of some live Welshboy to keep me going til his next project! :cloud9:
You were so lucky to be able to watch the National Movie Awards and get a fix of Ioan, Stevie. Thanks for the report.
Thanks, Muvidlover. I hadn't thought I checking if some footage from the National Movie Awards was up on YouTube.
I loved the second one. Almost as if watching the Ioan I imagined him to be, you know. :dunno
thank you Ladies, when I'm done with my assignment and writing a bit more of my novel, I will have a better look.
If you ladies notice he is wearing a ring now. What a hottie!!
What very nice rundowns on the National Movie Awards show, Ladies. Thanks so much! "Welsh Fox",eh?.......beside Helen Mirren,eh? How CUTE!!!  Miss Muvidlover, really do appreciate the scans very much!!!
Really appreciate the review and screen caps!! He does look handsome
I love the "Fox" line, haha!!
