Thanks for the links Ladys. :roll: And as much as I like seeing Ioan on the red carpet at this or that event, can I ask you jto spare a thought for the thousands of actors and actresses on our fav tv series (not soaps) who work from 5am to sometimes 8pm or midnight, 7 days a week to bring out fav programs to us?? I have been watching Stargate Atlantis seasons 1 & 2 (it's been very frosty lately) and there were a lot of Behind the scenes clips and the amount of work they do each day is astounding :applaud: I know they probably get a better wage than us, but most of the cast dont get salaries on a scale of the"Friends" team who got about $1 million per episode. And who would want to go on the red carpet after a day on the set :?: :?:

I'm from a family where men lose their hair early (my big brother started in his teens) but they have always had the sense to keep it 'close to the wood' as my Grampa used to say. The tell-tale sign is the smoother skin at the top of the forehead. I just hope Ioan goes with it, like say Bruce Willis and Sean Connery, and doesn't take the Elton John route of transplants and plugs, or the Burt Reynolds route of toupes :hide Paradoxically, I thought the Black Hawk Down look didn't make his naturally tall brow (we call it a Teflon Head here!) seem any taller, and it actually grew on me (if not on him! :happy )

I really think that I could get accustomed to a "sleeker" Ioan, if he chose to take a natural course. My dad has been 'Teflon' nearly all my life and I think there are a lot of very sexy guys out there who "waved" good-bye to their hair long ago! Look at Yul Brennar............Yum!

Oh, I agree that it's all in the styling. But I know losing your hair (or worrying about losing it) can take an emotional toll on guys (women, too), so that just makes me a little sad for him. Maybe he doesn't care or worry about it.

I think his hair kind of looks like that one picture of his father that was on IOL and he appeared to be an attractive man. Ioan's hair looks pretty thick otherwise so it doesn't appear to me that'll he'll have to go to a full "Bruce Willis". Maybe he'll let his hair grow out and let the curls cover his forehead slightly. I wouldn't mind that. GG
