Welshboy's outdoor wedding was appreciated. Thanls to My Irish Sister. Thursday, December 20, 2007 122507: Top 10 Outdoor Celebrity Weddings of 2007 From golden sand beaches to the verdant vision of a manicured lawn, nature has provided a romantic backdrop for many luminaries in love. As we near the end of 2007, Lovetripper takes a look back at the celebrities who chose to say "I do" in the great outdoors over the past year. 2) Ioan Gruffudd and Alice Evans-- The bride's diaphanous veil billowed in the breeze as she stood beneath a fabric-draped arbor and pledged her love to her "102 Dalmatians" co-star on the golden sands outside of the One & Only Palmilla Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. http://www.lovetripper.com/bridalstars/2007/12/122407-top-10-outdoor-celebrity.html

Horatio and Ioan style strike again, as you can see in these mentions. Thanks to My Irish Sister. DVD Review: Romance Classics Collections 1 and 2 Blogcritics.org - Aurora,OH,USA DVD Review: Romance Classics Collections 1 and 2 Written by Barbara Barnett Published December 26, 2007 I am a complete sucker for classic English novels and for British film and television. The A&E Romance Classics Collections 1 and 2 are a hearty feast indeed for such as me — a veritable treasure trove of (mostly) English fiction put on screen, beautifully shot, well acted (familiar and well-respected names headline each adaptation), and completely addictive. I have always enjoyed classic fiction adapted for the screen (large or small), and generally, when I haven’t read the novel upon which the film is based, seeing it come to life on the screen sends me running for my local library (or bookstore) to pick it up and devour. Horatio Hornblower: The Duel & The Fire Ships – Ioan Gruffudd stars in this Emmy award winning adaptation of the C.S. Forrester novels set during the Napoleonic wars. http://blogcritics.org/archives/2007/12/26/190012.php Top 10 Best-Dressed Celebrity Grooms of 2007 Lovetripper.com - Austin,TX,USA 123007: Top 10 Best-Dressed Celebrity Grooms of 2007 All eyes may be on the bride during a wedding, but it is equally important for the groom to look his best when he suits up for the ceremony. During the final days of the calendar year, Lovetripper looks back at the leading men who donned designer duds in order to tie the knot in 2007. 4) Ioan Gruffudd-- As the sea rushed to the white sands at the One & Only Palmilla Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, a breeze tugged at the ivory satin tie of the Fantastic Four's indigo-hued wool crepe Armani suit while actress Alice Evans recited a self-penned poem to the actor during their wedding ceremony. http://www.lovetripper.com/bridalstars/2007/12/123007-top-10-best-dressed-celebrity.html

He did look dashing in that suit and in Hornblower. Thanks Annee.

Frances- 12-27-2007

I'm glad to hear our beloved HH is still being acclaimed and that Ioan made it into a list of the Best Dressed Celebrity Grooms. Thanks, Annee.

StevieT- 12-27-2007

What was that quote about Ioan being very difficult to dishevel? I've never seen anyone more 'hevelled' - glad it is being recognised! :applaud: And hats off to Horatio, too! :Horatio wink:

Frances- 12-27-2007

I don't know if Ioan is difficult to dishevel, he often looks charming even when dishevelled though.

Shipmate- 12-27-2007

Yep, I must cast my vote that Ioan always looks extraordinarily "well-hevelled" at all times to me, too!!!

Gaffer'sGirl- 12-27-2007

I think the "disheveled " quote came from The TV Set commentary, if I remember correctly. And yes, i quite agree, he looks charming either well-hevelled or disheveled.

Silvia- 12-30-2007

Lovely Ioan finnaly made it!! I think it was lovely that Alice recited a self-penned poem to him during the ceremony. Very Romantic!

This is random, but Katherine Jenkins is gorgeous.
