Well I'm 100% sure it's not. I've learnt my lesson on people claiming to be celebrities, after that stupid blog saga I won't believe any blogs, profiles, personal pages are even slightly belonging to the celebrity the creator claims they are.
Though there are celebrities who have their own MySpace page, blog, or website to promote their work or communicate with the world, I'm not prone either to taking celebrity's blogs, profiles, or personal pages at face value.
However, in the case of this blog, the person who set it up is not even pretending to be Ioan and it is easy to discover for whomever takes a close look at it that its creator is a fan.
It is a long way from Wilberforce to climate change, but the article is interesting. Thanks for sharing, Annee.

My guess is that you're having problems viewing pics hosted on photobucket.com (I think someone else had the same problem): several pics in IZ threads are hosted on accounts on that image hosting site and so are the pics in the MySpace page Annee posted the link to.
