Thanks to Kaitlyn and Jess for the FF2 clip on Video Hit First and to Annee for the article about the possible sequel of Chariots of Fire.
I also think that a sequel to Chariots of Fire has the potential to make a good movie, but I hope that if it ever see the light of day, religion won't be the main purpose for its existence
And, along with his best friend Ioan Gruffudd, he was one half of the camp couple Hob and Nob in Very Annie Mary, which was directed by Sara Sugarman, who is also a festival patron.

It's great to read a little more about Matthew. Thanks Annee.
Which might explain why she is currently commuting to Budapest for a new film, entitled The Moon Princess, in which she stars as three different characters alongside Ioan Gruffudd.
"I'm a Moon Princess!" she laughs. "It's very different from Californication. Actually, it's something I can take my kids to," she adds, with a smile.

Christopher, of Denbigh Crescent, was a student of the Mark Jermin Stage School in Swansea.
He starred alongside Ioan Gruffudd in the film Happy Now.
A keen sportsman, he plays football for Morriston Olympic and cricket for Ynystawe.
Christopher said he had plenty of good memories from his stint in Mexico.

Wales' 50 sexiest men revealed
13. IOAN GRUFFUDD
Lucky Alice Evans, getting hitched to the star of Hornblower and the Fantastic Four. We had been hoping the Cardiff boy would have his nuptials here in Wales, rather than Mexico, so we could stand outside and take piccies. Sadly he didn’t – but he did choose Llanelli jeweller Mari Thomas to design their wedding bands.
<...>
2. MATTHEW RHYS
He topped our list three years ago – and he only narrowly lost out this year. The Cardiff actor has had a fantastic few months, playing gay lawyer Kevin in US drama series Brothers and Sisters, and filming alongside Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller in the new Dylan Thomas film, The Edge of Love. Despite his new Hollywood friends he’s still as down to earth as ever, regularly emailing and calling the WM team to let us know what he’s up to and filling us in on the juiciest of gossip, which sadly we can’t print here.

Oh dear! I bet that stung! And who's Gethin Owen? If he's sexier than Ioan and Mathew, I want to see more of him!
And who's Gethin Owen?
Good question! Honestly, I could ask the same question for any name on that list apart from Ioan's, Metthew's and Christian Bale's.
However, as he is supposedly the sexiest Welshman, I'd like to see more of Gethin Owen, too.
Quickly googled:

Apparently on some program called 'strictly come dancing' More about him on the first page on the interview.
Ioan no ....13
Matthew no 2 :happy
Brillliant, they have good taste!
Thanks for finding a pic of Gethin Owen for us, Sylviane.
Handsome guy, but he looks almost too good to be true and I still prefer Ioan and Matthew.
Yayy :applaud: as well for #43 Rhodri Owen, the cutie who interviewed Ioan and Mattie a few years back. He's expecting his first child in March.
