Ioan In BreechesFunny Mention Of WelshCake.
New A&E Adaptation
On May 27th, A&E will premiere its miniseries adaptation of Michael Crichton's The Andromeda Strain. Unless it stars Ioan Gruffudd in breeches and a tri-corn hat fighting a deadly new viral strain with nothing more than a cutlass and the British navy behind him, I care not.

I like the Ioan mention in the first blog entry you posted the link to. HH must have really struck a chord with many people.
I'm glad to hear, too, AG is still getting screenings.
Must be someone who wishes A&E was still involved in Hornblower and similare type productions as opposed to their current programing.
I seems that Ioan in breeches "gives inspiration" for both DVD watching and book reading.
The first: AG
The Second: HH, with a pic which is new to me. :(

Well, I have to say that first one is a tenuous connection, annee. If we posted evry single mere mention of Ioan's name, we'd use up the entire internet's bandwith!
I'm surprised, too, that you haven't seen that Hornblower pic - cute though it is. One for the Young Ioans, maybe........it's a good example of how his features have matured, though, and pleasingly grown into themselves
Ioan was cute then, but he's definitely grown into his features nicely.
Aren't we happy that he's "aged" so very nicely tho'?!!
Certainly, Matie! Each little wrinkle counts for experience and we all know what a pleasure an 'experienced' man can be! :tsk tsk: General - off to the Alley with you.....
Thanks Annee for the links. :)
New picture for me too. :)
 True, not the right place to talk about that Captain S..
Ioan was cute then, but he's definitely grown into his features nicely.
Oh yes he was so cute, so handsome, with his lovely dark eyes, his sensible lips and amazing look. I miss that boy look a little bit.
Hello. :)
Myself I miss the "year 2004-2005 Ioan".
Back then he was just gorgeous in MY opinion. :pink ellie
Now he sometimes looks bizarre and he sometimes looks older than someone who is 34 years old. :shock :waaah:
Do you think Ioan does some "medical-beauty-treatments"?
THAT would be then a reason why his face looks weird.
Because it happens those stupid treatments promise you great results but on the contrary just end up damaging your skin! :???: ;angry:
And Ioan used to say he loves fashion. And when you love fashion, you love what it's beautiful in general, I think.
So I just hope he does not believe some bad-thinking surgeon who just wants money... :tsk tsk: :wall: :dunno
To tell you: for few months now I'm getting VERY MUCH interested in beauty, health and nutrition.
And Dr Nicholas Perricone is my "model".
I just bought one of his books and I will buy other ones. I "trust" him.
And he says the skin treatments are useless sometimes.
They don't make disappear wrinkles but... your money!  :???:
