As for Ioan's eye, it's not big enough to tell, but I would guess contact irrtation is a more likely culprit.
Either that, or since it's starting to be allergy season in LA, my guess would be that his allergies are flaring up. He's said in several interviews about how bad his allergies can get, and my heart goes out to him, being a fellow allergy sufferer.

Semcato, I agree. Allergies are a very distinct possibility. Those Santa Ana's start blowing and the sneezes mount.
Nice pictures, Stevie. That has got to be a bit disconcerting to have someone following you until you know what it's about. Ioan does appear rather protective, and yet cordial when the man appears to ask for an autograph or something. Ioan looks great in the pictures.
