How to post pics
The only pic that you can upload directly to this board is your avatar. If you want a pic to show in your post, you have to upload it to an image hosting site and then post the link to your pic here between the tags. The image hosting sites that I use - Photo Bucket, Image Shack and Village Photos - will show the URL to copy and paste under the pics uploaded. If your pics are very large, you can post thumbnails to the forum that viewers can click on to enlarge, thus saving bandwidth (viewers will be redirected towards the site where the image is hosted to see its larger version). In the case of Image Shack and Village Photos the URL to use to post thumbnails appear under each pic uploaded, in the case of Photo Bucket, you have to select (tick) the pic you want the thumbnail for and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Generate HTML and IMG Code" Button. Image hosting services that you can use are Photo Bucket (photobucket.com) Image Shack (imageshack.us) Village Photos (www.villagephotos.com) TinyPic (tinypic.com) But I'm sure there are others.
