Hey girls, more about the little baby from Kain, the friend of Tom. The operation of the little girl, Renée is her name, was succesfull. The tumour has been removed and the heartbeat is again normal. There were no complications. She is healthy again and Fryday she is coming home. What a relief. Kain and his wife have had a terrible time, but now there are so happy that there little girl has not been taken away. Kain thanks you all for your thought and prayers for them. He was very impressed by the fact that people he does not know, cares about him and his family. Your words have given him a lot of courage. So a big THANK YOU from him and his wife. :love:

What a relief to hear the operation went well and Renée will be back home on Friday! I can understand how Kain and his wife had a terrible time, but now they can look forward to better times with their little girl.

Thats wondeful news I'm so relieved to hear that Renee is ok best wishes to her family.

Again I must thank you all for your kind words. Kain has asked me to do that. The little Renee is in good health. Their live is becoming normal again. Kain said, it was very hard. Now he is able te speak more about it and his feelings. He and his wive have cried all days. When he gave Renee to the doctors, he thought he would never see her back again. It was an empty feeling they had. The hours they had to wait, were terrible. He also has seen the pictures of the operation. Very pailful. The doctors had totaly opened the chest of little Renee. Kain is crying when he tells it. He is also worried about his wife. The whole situation has made her touchy. He hopes she will nog become ill or depressed. So I hope they will be strong enough and that they can have a normal live again.

I hope too, that his wife can get over this hurdle. Sometimes it takes a little while for the reality of a situation to hit and then to get beyond it. I hope she will recover quickly emotionally and if she has difficulty, seeks some help. The hugs and good thoughts will continue for this family.

Marthe, I'll continue to keep this family on my mind and wish them the very best. It's going to take time for things to settle down for them. They all have been through such an ordeal. Many good wishes to them. Love, Ship

Kain and his family had to go through an ordeal that I wouldn't wish to my worst enemy and he must be a very strong man. I don't think I would have had the courage to look at pictures of an operation a loved one had to undergo, even if the operation went well like it did in the case of Renee. I hope Kain's wife to recover quickly emotionally, possibly seeking some help, if she needs it. I'll continue to keep this family in my thoughts.

Ya know, as much as life is the same over and over, and no matter that we all have to go through its ups and downs, when YOU are going through it, it is soooooo difficult. It is always wonderful to know that people are praying for you (or sending white light your way). :hug :sun I believe that we all go through difficulties just so we can put our hand out to the next person who goes through a similar time...
