Great to hear from you Marian :hug I've had a very odd couple of days...good but odd. It started off with me being offered training for a promotion at my workplace to night manager. My training started last night and is going well, it's mainly money stuff that I have to learn. Today I went to get my hair redone at the local hairdressers. It started off a normal trip but halfway through getting my foils done the owner of the hairdressers turns to mine and goes: "You know what you should really do? Once you've finished the colour, really style it and we'll take some photos of her." So, it went from that to getting professional photos taken at the shop down the road and they are being entered into a national hairdressing competition, being hung in the salon and being hung in the photo shop. I got a huge discount on my hair too. I somehow got myself into an impromptu photoshoot :happy

Congrats on all accounts! That's fantastic and how fun about the photoshoot. Good luck on your Manager training. Your parents must be very proud.

I don't envy you the cleaning out of the fridge and pantry, Marian, but cutting the flowers for inside sounds nice, at least if the weather is good. Anyway, I'm glad to hear you're having fun at the B&B.

I love it here - for instances, today I get to check my emails and I am always being told to help myself if I am hungry and to have as many cups of tea as I wish, even to helping myself to chocolates from the utility room (those meant for the guests) of course this just makes the self-disclipline more honed as I have to be more careful and not take too much advantage of this. As for graduation - well, I was sick fo rone exam and didnt finish the other in Nov, so I have been given special consideration to resit them at the end of Feb - :???: so fingers crossed, or it will be longer again :!: :nerd: Well, gotta go; it's raining but the bus will be along soon - so I will be lazy and get a rifde home. TTFN
