Yeah, it is. It's from the first Hornblower "Even Chance" or "The Duel" in the US. Ioan looks exactly what Horatio should look at. It's the first time he's seen Archie have a fit. He jumps to the rescue with Clayton just behind to explain Archie's fits as being the product of the abuse of Jack Simpson. A pivotal theme in the Archie/Horatio relationship.
