I believe she wants to stay closer to home and the babies. Can't blame her. And I mean really? It's not like she HAS to work for recognition or money at this point in her life/career. Ah, I can't blame her either for wishing to stay closer to home and her family, that's for sure. She worked a lot for many years, starring in quite a few very successful movies and she won and was nominated to quite a few important awards, and I'm sure she earned a lot of money along the way, so she can afford to work less now and in smaller projects than we were used to see her in.

Yes, the articles make interesting reading. However, I DO hope that the film will get a US release. I also hope that there will a UK release - otherwise I'm sure that I'm not alone in saying how disappointing it would be not to be able to see it. I'll just have to live in hope - otherwise I think I shall start suffering from withdrawal symptoms :!:

This film is is a German-American (Senator Entertainment and Kulture Machine) co-production, so its release in the US is in the cards (IMDb generically says 2008 for its US release). I hope it will find a UK distributors soon.
