Fireflies in the Garden R2 DVD
I don't know whether anyone else has seen this, but the Region 2 DVD of FITG was released on 28 September. I've seen it advertised on sale at HMV Stores for £11.99, but it's also available on Amazon for £9.68. :wink:
I saw the HMV ad in the Guardian. Now, where's me pennies......totally skint after The Big Trip! :???:
I saw the DVD of FITG in Italian video stores sold at € 13.90 (i.e £ 12.85 or US$ 20.47) or € 12.90 (i.e. £ 11.93 or US$ 19), which is cheap by Italian standards (perhaps these has to do with FITG having been out on DVD in Italy for about 9 months already, as it was released on February 11).
Booooooooooo! Why can't WE get just a few copies of the film here in the US???????????????? But,I'm happy for you ladies getting to maybe see it soon!

Shipmate and GG - I sincerely hope that you don't have to wait too long before Fireflies and Moonacre are released in the US. I did look on the IMDB site, but it wasn't exactly brilliant regarding info on DVD releases - otherwise I could have given you some hope! :roll:
