Just wanted to recommend this new drama that's running every night this week on the BBC, if you can catch it somewhere, sometime. It's a harrowing watch of an abused wife who kills her husband, but is so well done, it's rivetting. It also stars two of Ioan's ex-colleagues in Matthew Macfadyen (Warriors) and Denis Lawson (Hornblower). I would love to see Ioan in more gritty drama, like this.....

I've heard about this series last summer in Paris, as the season 1 aired last July in France. I'll try to watch it on the BBC that I get on cable.

Haven't heard of it yet here, but then, I don't have BBCAmerica any longer. :crying

Does sound like it would be good. Maybe someday we'll see it over here too.
