Bruschetta
4 slices of Tuscan or Ciabatta bread
8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Freshly ground black pepper
Toast the bread, then rub it with garlic. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and drizzle with the olive oil. Serve warm. Serves 4

I've never made bruschetta, but have enjoyed it in restaurants. I may add that when I make lasagna.
There aren't many people who love beetroot but I love it. Salad made out of beet in vinegar is so delicious that I am drowning in it. I will have to ask my aunt a recipe but I just wanted to know does anyone else likes eating beet? Cause my mum was asking me how can I eat it that much.
I used to eat canned beets pretty frequently, though I haven't for awhile. If you get the recipe, please share it. I may try it and I know my Dad would love to.

My uncle has a vegetable garden where he grows beetroot (among other things) and he gives me some from time to time, so I'm always on the lookout for ways to make it tasty to eat.
